Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times:

Items will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order (excluding special or custom orders that will be shipped according to manufacturing time).

If your item is not in stock we will make it for you, production times takes 2-3 weeks. 

There are several shipping methods: 

Domestic shipping: 

Pick up - You are welcome to pick up your order independently from our shop which is located at Shenkin 43 St. Tel Aviv - free of charge and after getting a notification that your order is ready. 

Home delivery- 25 NIS.

Worldwide shipping: 

Express trackable shipping to your home - 100 NIS. 

Returned Items

Returned items must be returned directly to our studio. 
If you wish we can arrange return shipping using our shipping service, at a cost of 35 NIS (domestic) or 100 NIS (international). 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return with our service.
