Store Policy

Returns
You can return your product within one month of purchase. 
Only unused items, in the same condition as you received them will be accepted.
The item must be in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products need to be retuned to our store: Shenkin 43, Tel-Aviv. 

Refunds 
For online purchases - refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, the items must be returned to the store with in 14 days of letting us know you will returning your order, in accordance with the Israeli customers protection law. 

For store purchases - refunds will be possible if the item is returned with in 2 days of purchase, in accordance with the Israeli customers protection law. 

Once your return is received and inspected and found in tact we will contact you and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS  (the lower of two) will be deducted from the amount refunded. 

For Items returned past 2 days/14 days and up to one month from purchase, you may receive store credit for later use.   

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
