Store Policy

You can return your product within a week of receiving the shipment. 
Only unused items, in the same condition as you received them will be accepted.

The item must be in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Yehuda Margoza 30, Jaffa. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are possible within 2 working days of receiving the products. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved,  and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
